PTFE Sheet&Rod

PTFE TUBE (PIPE)
- Basic materials that have been molded by a vertical pressing molding method
- Used as a molding material in general fields of industry
- Produce complete products through these processes of processing such as cutting, shredding, punching and others
- Directly and/or indirectly used in the fields of machinery, electricity, chemistry, food and others

Overview of PTFE TUBE
When it comes to PTFE TUBE’s heat resistance, chemical resistance, low friction, electric insulation, dielectric property and others, they are such greater satisfaction compared to those of other synthetic resins. That is why PTFE TUBE is used directly and/or indirectly used for daily necessities and others in fields of machine industry, electric industry, electronic industry, chemical industry, food industry, construction and civil engineering. They are made as complete products via a procedure of secondary processing.
Product dimensions
| Material | Thickness(mm) | Max Sheet Size(L) |
|---|---|---|
| PTFE | 5~150 | 1200*1200 |
| PTFE+MoS2 | 5~150 | 1200*1200 |
| PTFE+Glass | 5~150 | 1200*1200 |
| UHMW+CARBON | 5~150 | 1200*1200 |

Caution and Warning
- As for a tube that does not include filling, length changes as much as 0.2% approximately. (KS Standards)
- Residual stress remains due to characteristics of PTFE resins and therefore, in regard to size measurement, we first need to discuss a reference temperature. In the end, it is important for a user and a manufacturer to agree with each other on economical and reasonable dimension tolerance. (KS Standards)
- As for test conditions that do not require any special regulations or rules, we follow ASTM.
